Leadingtags.com (hereafter "We" or "Leading Tags") provide its service to you under the following Terms and Conditions:
By using the service of www.leadingtags.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Service:
Leading Tags is a tag directory which offers fee-based service to website owners (hereafter “you” or “your”) to list their website(s). The site(s) submitted by you will be reviewed manually. Your payment and participation means that within 24 hours (excluding business days: Saturday and Sunday) we will review your site and consider it for listing in Leading Tags. After you submit your tag for inclusion in Leading Tags we will inform you by the email within 24 hours stating whether your tag(s) is accepted or rejected.
Fees:
The current fee for adding one featured tag in Leading Tags is US $ 10.00 per year which is non-refundable. If your tag is accepted in Leading Tags then after every year your credit card will be charged the then-current, applicable non-refundable fee. If your tag is not accepted we will refund your amount after deducting the transaction fees by the Pay Pal if any. We reserve the right, in our own discretion, to make changes in the listing fee at any time with or without notice. If we are unable to successfully charge your credit card or if the charge is refused your tag will be removed.
Tag Submission Guidelines:

Obscene, racist, abusive or illegal tag(s) are not allowed. |

Submit your tag(s) to the most appropriate category. |
|
Enter the URL that will take to your home page. |
|
Your website should have unique content. Sites with duplicate content will not be accepted. |
|
Your website should be in the English language or have an English version available. |
|
Your site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
|
Websites that redirects to other sites will not be accepted. |
|
Websites that are under construction or unresponsive will not be accepted. |
|
Websites that contain excessive ads, pop ups or pop unders will not be accepted. |
|
Websites that contain only affiliate program links will not be accepted. |
|
Websites that contain or promote any hate, child pornography, violent or illegal materials will not be accepted. |
|
We reserve the right to accept or reject your tag(s). |
|
We reserve the right to remove your tag(s) with or without prior notification. In such case you will not get refund. |
|
We reserve the right to place your tag(s) in the appropriate category and modify site description. |
|
We reserve the right to change the fees for featured tags listing at any time with or without prior notification. |
|
Fee for this service is non-refundable. |
|
If your tag(s) is not accepted we will refund your amount after deducting the transaction fees by the Pay Pal if any. |
Termination:
If you wish to remove your tag from Leading Tags, you must contact us. To avoid your credit card being billed for the Recurring Annual Fee, you must send request for termination at least five (5) business days before the end of the year that you intend to be your last year of participation. End of the year means 365 days from the date your tag was added in Leading Tags. You will not get refund or any portion of fee if you request to remove your tag before the end of a year for which you have already paid the fees.
Disclaimer:
We do not have any control over the service or content provided by the sites that are listed on Leading Tags. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leading Tags for any loss, liability or damage arising from or in connection with the contents or services of Leading Tags even if we are notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Privacy:
Leading Tags is committed to maintaining the privacy of its users. We collect details like name, e-mail address when the user submits a tag. We will not share any of your personal information to the third party without your consent, unless and until required by law or to protect the rights or property of Leading Tags.
Copyrights:
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that any material on our site, has been infringed or your intellectual property rights have been violated, please do contact us.
Force Majeure:
Leading Tags will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance under the agreement of these terms and conditions resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, terrorism, or other causes beyond its reasonable control. Any loss occurred during this time, no claims or cancel requests will be entertained.
